Abundant Life

We know what it’s like to feel disconnected

To not have a community and family of Christians to do life with.

If you’re like most, you’ve searched for a community with which you could grow, learn, serve, and worship. At Abundant Life, we are on a mission to see lives—including yours—changed by Jesus. We’ve seen over and over again that we grow, learn, and live changed lives through biblical community.

We want to equip, encourage, and empower you by coming alongside you so that we—together—can be living proof of a loving God to a watching world.

We believe God has given us six core values to help us accomplish this mission and vision for His Kingdom.

Mission

To see lives changed by Jesus

Vision

To be living proof of a loving God to a watching world

Abundant Life

Core Values

Worship

All of me for all of Him

We admit there is one greater than us. We acknowledge God is our Lord and King. We worship because it positions Him in the right place in our lives and changes us.

Evangelism

Reaching people far from God

People matter to God, so they should matter to us. Going across seas and across streets is important because we believe people need to be rescued. We’ll do anything short of sin to reach people far from God.

Serving

Changed people serve people

Serving is essential to who we are as believers. Serving is vital to life. It allows us to love and see others in a different light.

Community

People need people

Living life, side by side, allows for meaningful relationships to evolve and grow. Don’t live life alone!

Generosity

Giving away what God has given us

It’s not ours, to begin with. We want to live generously to bless our church, our city, and our world.

Discipleship

Growing people change

We’re committed to training and guiding people in Christ. Learning never ends.

Wherever you are, we invite you to live on mission with us and be living proof of a loving God to a watching world! Click below to join us at one of our four physical campuses or online campus.

What We Believe:

The Creator

We believe in one God, Creator, and the Lord of the universe, eternally existing in three-person: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Father: John 6:27; Son: John 1:1, 18; Titus 2:12-13; Holy Spirit: Acts 5:3-4

The Trinity

We believe in the unity of the Trinity.

Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 48:16, Matthew 28:19, 1 Timothy 2:5

The Scriptures

We believe the Bible is God’s authoritative, inspired word and without error in all its teachings (any command or original manuscripts). It is our final authority.

2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:19-21, Matthew 4:4,7,10, Romans 1:16-17, Colossians 1:10, 1 Peter 2:2, 2 Peter 3:18

Sin and Redemption

We believe we’re all born separated from God and cannot be united with Him despite our best efforts at being good enough. We can only become united with God by admitting we are spiritually lost, have sinned and need His forgiveness and restoration.

When we make these confessions we are brought into a right relationship with God when we accept the work of His Son Jesus.

John 3:16, Acts 16:31, Romans 3:23, 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5-7

The Church

Jesus Christ is the Head of the church, which is made up of all believers everywhere in the world.
The church is not a building but a group of baptized believers who are organized to do God’s will. Its calling is to worship God and make Him known to the world in word and deed.

Matthew 16:18, 28;18-20, Acts 8:36-39, 10:43-48, 1 Corinthians 1:2, Ephesians 1:20-23, 5:23-33

The Savior

We believe Jesus Christ is eternal, that He is God’s son and was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Micah 5:2, John 1:1,14, 17:5; Revelation 1:8, Matthew 1:25; Luke 1:26-28

We believe He lived a sinless life and died a substitutionary atoning death on the cross for our sins.

Isaiah 53;10; Romans 3:21-26; Ephesians 1:7; 1 John 2:1-2

We believe Christ rose in bodily form from the dead and ascended to Heaven. Acts 1:9-10; 1 Corinthians 15:4; Ephesians 1:20

We believe Jesus was fully God and fully man and is the only mediator between God and man. John 1:1, 18, Titus 2:13, Hebrews 13:8, 1 Timothy 2:5, Luke 2:52, John 4:6, 19:28, Romans 8:34, Hebrews 7:25, 9:24, 1 Timothy 2:5, 1 John 2:1-2

The New Birth

Accepting the work of Jesus on our behalf results in a spiritual rebirth. This birth leads to spiritual maturity and transformation in individuals and the church.
Believers are called to live in God’s power and to experience a life of dynamic change, becoming more like Christ in character each day.

John 16:8-11, Romans 8:16, 1 Corinthians 6:19, 1 Corinthians 12:12-14, Ephesians 1:13-14, Ephesians 4:30, 2 Thessalonians 2:13, 1 Peter 1:2

The Return Of Christ

We believe Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return in glory to raise the dead and bring salvation and judgment to completion. God will fully manifest His kingdom when He establishes a new heaven and earth, in which He will be glorified forever. The new kingdom will be without evil, suffering, and death.

Zechariah 14:1-9, Matthew 25:31-46, Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, Revelation 19:11-21, Revelation 20
