If you’ve ever struggled with anxiety, you know it can leave you broken, hurt, and clinging to things of this world. Overcoming anxiety is possible when you know how to respond to it. Anxiety is an indication that something is off. But it doesn’t have to be the place we operate from. YOU HAVE A HEALER! Luke 17:15-16 says, “And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, and with a loud voice glorified God, and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks. And he was a Samaritan.” HOW YOU RESPOND TO ANXIETY MATTERS Join Executive Teaching Pastor, Chad Glover, from Abundant Life as he sheds light on how to… Recognize your healing Return to the healer Offer a loud song Fall on your face Give thanks Psalm 13:1 says, “How long, O LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?” We can let God know about our anxious thoughts and cry out to Him. Psalm 13:6 says, “I will sing to the LORD, because He has dealt bountifully with me.” Offer up a song of praise and give thanks for God’s promise of peace. Gratitude shows that the kindness received is valued. Who can you express gratitude to today?
