Serve at ONEWEEK

Helping make ONEWEEK the best week of their lives could end up being the best week of your life.

Picture yourself here!

Not only is ONEWEEK a life-changing week for students, it’s a faith-building week for volunteers, too! Just ask any of the hundreds of volunteers who have taken a week off work to be part of what Jesus is doing in the next generation.

We always strive a 4-to-1 student to volunteer ratio, because we care about students and want every student to have a fun and safe trip. If you're interested in serving at ONEWEEK, apply below.

You were made for this

There are multiple areas to serve at ONEWEEK.

  • Fusion Group Leader: Each Fusion Group Leader will lead a group of 6-8 same gender and grade students while at camp. Lead your group with an attitude that generates excitement about serving students as you encourage and empower volunteers to be the hands and feet of Christ. As a Fusion Group Leader, you should spend the majority of your time pouring into your group of students. You will lead discussion during Fusion Group times throughout each day as you shepherd and minister to your students.
  • Activities Leader: As a member of the ONEWEEK Activities Team, you will be leading the way in creating a fun environment for our students before and at ONEWEEK. As an Activities member, you will be required to attend trainings before ONEWEEK, and will leave early for Lake Williamson to set up for ONEWEEK. Throughout the week, you will serve behind-the-scenes as you prepare for Squad Wars, serve in Indoor Activities, ref Tournaments, help count points, and so much more! Activities leaders give their time and energy at ONEWEEK in creating a fun environment for students and leaders!
  • Fusion Buddy: As a Fusion Buddy at ONEWEEK, you will be a buddy for a student with special needs. From arrival on Monday, you will be with your buddy to serve them throughout the week, from check in on Monday morning to Friday back at Abundant Life. You are huge part of creating a fun and safe environment for your student!
