Special Needs

We feel that it's important to engage children and adults with special needs in a setting that is conducive to them and their needs. Trained volunteers lovingly serve the children and adults to help them learn about Jesus on their level.

We offer special needs classes at both Lee’s Summit and Independence Campuses. Here, trained volunteers lovingly serve the children and adults to help them learn about Jesus on their level.

If you are interested in serving with the Abundant Life Special Needs Ministry, see the Journey Kids Volunteer Application on the serve teams page.
