2. Sign up to serve.
Register each person that will be serving in your family. Each person needs to complete a waiver, so be prepared with your primary care physician’s contact information and health insurance information when you register.
Please note: the final registration screen displays a green icon that says “finish registration”. Your registration is not complete until this icon is clicked. You will then see a screen that indicates your registration is complete and you will receive an email confirmation.

3. Complete a background check consent.
After your registration is finished, complete the background check consent form. This allows us to run a background check on all participants in Love KC.
