Kindergarten & Pre-K, May 24: John 3:16

“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

John 3:16 NKJV

As we near the end of May (one more week after this) we continue to look at God’s unending and unfailing love for us. He created us, He has a plan for us, and He will love us no matter what. This week we will dive into the blessing of John 3:16. A young child won’t truly understand what it means to have everlasting life but they can understand that God loves us so much that He sent Jesus to be our friend forever.

Start your time with the Puppet skit then encourage the kids to stand up and dance while they worship. After worship we have a Bible Story Video that is fun and interactive. Here’s a snapshot of the lesson details for this week:

Bible Story Focus: God loves me and sent Jesus to be my friend forever. (God Gave His Only Son • John 3:16)
