ALLI is a series of courses and classes to train and develop people like you to live a purposeful life and lead well.
ALLI is organized through a series of classes. Classes begin in the fall and are divided into three points of emphasis: emotional intelligence, leveraging influence, and theology. These classes are Wisdom, Old and New Testament Survey, and Missions Theology.
Pre-requisite Next Steps Class – Leading in ministry.
The cost for ALLI Wisdom is $120 per semester and includes dinner, snacks, and beverages. In addition, students are required to purchase books, and a Birkman assessment.
Focuses on training to know God, know yourself, understand others, and manage relationships.
Focuses on developing people, building teams, and solving problems.
ALLI Survey focus is biblical.
Survey course is taken during or after Wisdom.
The program is 4 semesters lasting 2 years.
It is held on Thursday nights from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
There are 8 weeks per semester, September-October and January-February.
It can be taken for college credit through Spurgeon College and in partnership with Calvary Bible College.
Coursework includes reading, writing, and tests.
