2024 Leadership summit

Main Session

The Heart of a King: Pursuing Integrity in Leadership

Phil Hopper, Lead Pastor

Mature Christian leaders have learned to trust God completely but not trust themselves at all. We all have flaws in our character and broken areas of our lives. If we don’t deal with them, life and leadership will eventually expose them.

Defeating the Giant

Steve Brown, Live Sent Pastor

A giant is something that demoralizes us and threatens to stop us from completing the work God has given us.  Only when we do these things can we successfully defeat a demoralizing giant.

The Performance Trap

Chad Glover, Executive Teaching and Crossroads Campus Pastor

What makes you significant is not your doing. You are significant because you know God. Your worth comes from your identity in Jesus, not from what you do. You will never be more loved by Christ than you are right now

Ted Talks

Seeking Healing and Forgiveness

Jeff Cox, Executive Pastor Missions and Counseling

What might it have looked like for David to talk with a counselor after he committed this sin? Pastor Jeff Cox simulates what the conversation might have been like and how David would have sought healing. As he unpacks what David did, how he feels, and what he needs to do to heal, we learn intentional questions that help us get to the root of our sin and why we do it.

Mending Relationships Through Repentance

Darrell Robinson, Shepherding Pastor

Words have both death and life. Leaders must have a contrite heart and repent when they wrong the people they lead. David repented to the Lord because he recognized that he had sinned against others. He was sincere, heartfelt, and regretful in his repentance.

Heartfelt Worship

Experience worship that stirs your heart and energizes you to advance God’s Kingdom.

Regardless of what Ministry you serve in, you'll enjoy the extensive Ministry Training sessions.

Jesus said He didn’t come to be served but to serve (Mark 10:45). When Jesus changes our lives, He gives us a servant’s heart. We can follow Jesus’ example and lead by serving. Leading is worth it because He is worthy!

For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head – Christ – from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:12
