In this Revelation Wellness class, you will be challenged
with a functional workout that will not only train your body, but also your
heart, soul, mind, and spirit. Setting your mind on God’s goodness and
experiencing his grace through physical movement will become a training ground
for a healthy heart, mind, and body.
All ages (18+) and fitness levels are welcome- this is a class for everyone!
