By working through these Christ-centered steps within an authentic community, people have found freedom from anger, anxiety, fear, depression, insecurity, obsessive thoughts, control tendencies, lack of personal boundaries, substance abuse, codependency, pornography, eating disorders, emotional/physical abuse, sexual sins, and many other personal struggles.
